THE NEW SOLO ALBUM IS RELEASED! 
Hi Everyone,
I'm so happy to report that the cd versions of 'To The Far Away' arrived in stock whilst I was on tour with Lifesigns in the UK a couple of weeks ago. The Photo Book version arrived a week or so later and all formats look fantastic! The team at Gonzo Multimedia have been extremely busy shipping all the orders out, so if you ordered one it should be on its way right now. Please be patient as we've run into the Christmas posting period and also problems caused by Brexit are slowing down post to EU countries. Already I'm getting some great reviews through, including these:

Lots of radio play coming up too, including on programmes in the USA, Germany, UK and The Netherlands.

NB: If you'd like a Photo Book version of the album, you'll need to hurry as there are only 12 left at last count! Gonzo may consider another print run but only if there's the demand as it's an expensive item to make. To the right is the unboxing video I made on the day of its arrival! 

OTHER NEWS - LIVE
In a extremely busy 5 months it was great to be back on the road again with Sally Minnear over the summer, with 5 great gigs, including our first since October 2019, in front of 3,000 people at the New Forest Folk Festival! September saw the first Strawbs Electric Band gig since April 2019, at the Rock Against Cancer Festival, playing alongside The Sweet and Steve Harley and Cockney Rebel. November saw the first Lifesigns gigs since March last year on a very enjoyable tour which was the first with our new drummer, the amazing Zoltan Csorsz and on which we played the whole of the latest album 'Altitude'. THE NEW SOLO ALBUM IS FINISHED!

Apologies for the delay in updating the news here - this year has been extremely busy. I just wanted to tell you that my new solo album 'To The Far Away' is now completed, all the parts are with the manufacturers and we're hoping to have finished albums in stock at Gonzo Multimedia HQ very soon! For various reasons it took longer to complete than anticipated, but I'm thrilled with how it's sounding. And I'm also very pleased with the bonus disk for the 2cd and box version, which includes several previously unreleased tracks including a couple I recorded especially for the bonus disk.

Unfortunately due to complications caused by Brexit we can't give an exact date when we'll have finished albums in stock. The cd's are being manufactured in Poland and the shipping process is currently taking much longer than in the past. I'll be keep people posted through my newsletter and social media pages and will let you know as soon as we have them. As a gesture of goodwill, anyone pre-ordering any format of the album will get an immediate download version (not including the bonus disk) free of charge! Hi Everyone,
As we approach a year since the first lockdown due to the pandemic, it has been a devastating time for the music industry and especially for all the hard working live sound and lighting engineers, road crews, promoters, stage managers and all the other amazing people who make live music possible. 

Though it has been hard financially I'm very thankful that many of us musicians, artists and composers have been able to keep working in our home studios, working on recordings and live streamed gigs. I've been involved in a number of great projects, many of which have now been released or are due to be very soon. My hope is that this outpouring of new music will help us all to get through this very difficult period and help us to hang on to the glimmers of hope and light that are there if we have the eyes to see.

On the right are some of the albums I've been involved with (in varying degrees) during the past 11 months. Click on them for links to where you can buy or pre-order them. Included is the re-release of the Dave & Sally 'Live in the Studio' album, now available as a combined DVD/CD release and with new artwork.

In the past few months I've finally been able to really concentrate on my next solo album, which will be titled 'To the Far Away'. All the music is written with the recording well underway. I'm absolutely thrilled with how it's sounding and I'll be bringing more news about the album and limited edition photo book very soon.
